First time users, just follow these three steps;

1. Download The Palace software
2. Install The Palace Software on your computer
3. Enter The Center's Discussion areas

If you have problems connecting through your browser,
Open the FILE menu of the PALACE software,
Go to CONNECT, and in the box marked
HOSTNAME enter: www.embroiderymall.com
Then press CONNECT

4. The EmbroideryMall did not develop the chat software, just owns the server and software to operate it. You will need to register your Palace client software with the developers, in order for you to play with the props in the chat rooms. This is a FREE registration: REGISTER HERE
